Substance Abuse
& Addiction

One of the biggest myths about substance use disorders is that you have to “hit rock bottom” before you need to seek treatment or begin the path to sobriety and recovery.
Quite the contrary, our programs are designed in a way that helps participants make and sustain proactive choices to change, preferably BEFORE they have reached their "rock bottom."
Either way, participants are guided through the process to learn proactive living and self-mastery skill to support their ongoing sobriety.
Group Therapy and Training
This requires a significant time and emotional commitment. It is a personal investment of either 4, 6 or up to 12-weeks in a group setting. This program is specifically designed to serve the needs of individuals recovering from Chemical Dependencies, Substance Abuse, or Addiction. The sessions are facilitated by a Founding Program Director or CTCM Certified Training Practitioner.
This program walks participants step by step through the recovery process using the Challenge to Change Method. It provides an in-depth look at Generational Systems and gives participants ample time both in and out of the classroom for discovery and reflection.
Participants are fully supported emotionally on their journey as they learn to identify their system of origin, gain an understanding of its impact, and develop a blueprint for sustainable changes.
